Sleep masks: final sale

Because masks are worn on the face, all sales of masks are final. Masks can't be returned or refunded, except as described under "Defective or incorrect items" and "Lost or damaged in shipping" below.

Other products (Blackout Dots, Travel Blackout Shade)

You may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Contact us first to get the return address; items sent without contacting us can't be processed. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges and package insurance aren't refunded on returns.

Defective or incorrect items

If an item has a manufacturing defect, or we sent the wrong item, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery, through our contact form or by email to unlitcontanct@gmail.com. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping you paid, without requiring a return. Damage that happened in transit is covered under "Lost or damaged in shipping" below.

Lost or damaged in shipping

Package insurance is available at checkout for $3.00. If an insured package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll reship or refund it. A package counts as lost if tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or it hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping. For uninsured packages, we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. Refund timing

We review requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank or card issuer typically posts them within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to cancel. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund everything you paid, including shipping and insurance. Once an order has been handed to the carrier it can't be cancelled, but the return terms above still apply.
